Packet of Nabil Chicken Escalope
Box of fusilli pasta
½ cup sliced bell peppers
½ cup cubed carrots
½ cup mushrooms
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup sliced leeks
½ cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup of Kurrat
Salt and pepper
¼ cup basil
3 tbsp fresh za'atar
½ cup small tomatoes
Place Nabil Chicken Escalope on a non-stick tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Heat 2 litres of water on medium heat.
When the water boils, add pasta and leave it to cook.
In a non-stick frying pan, heat oil over medium heat and add vegetables. Stir fry vegetables until they are cooked then add in pasta.
Top with basil, Parmesan cheese and Nabil Chicken Escalope.
