Packet of Nabil Stuffed Potato Kubbe
½ litre milk
¼ cup flour
¼ cup butter
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp nutmeg
Fry Nabil Stuffed Potato Kubbe in oil for 6 minutes at 160°C and then remove from oil and stack in an oven-safe platter.
Add butter to a pot on medium heat and let it melt.
Add flour and stir for 40 seconds, and then gradually add milk, continuing to stir until the sauce gains a consistent and smooth texture.
Add salt, pepper and nutmeg and boil for 1 minute.
Add sauce over the Nabil Stuffed Potato Kubbe and sprinkle on Parmesan cheese before baking in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
