Packet of Nabil Lamb Kubbe
3 cups chopped parsley
1 cup chopped seedless tomatoes
¼ cup chopped mint leaves
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup bulgur, soaked for 5 minutes

Step 1
Fry Nabil Lamb Kubbe for 2 minutes at 180°C and then reduce heat and continue frying for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Mix parsley, lemon juice, tomatoes, olive oil and bulgur together to make tabbouleh. Garnish with chopped mint.
Step 3
Serve Nabil Lamb Kubbe with tabbouleh on a bed of lettuce leaves.
